Sitch is operated by Revival d.o.o., Dr. Ante Starčevića 15, 47000 Karlovac, Croatia. By using the app or this website you agree to what's on this page. If you don't, don't use it.

You drop a situation, share a link with the people you choose, they vote anonymously on what you should do, and the app shows you the result. That's it. The verdict is a bunch of opinions from people you know — it is not professional advice, and it is not our advice.

Sitch is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18 we will delete it.

You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the service — showing it to the people you share the link with, and back to you.

Don't post:

• harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of anyone
• someone's private information — full name, address, phone number, workplace, photos of them — without their consent
• hate speech, or content attacking people for who they are
• sexual content involving minors, in any form, ever
• anything illegal under Croatian or EU law
• impersonation of another person

Remember that a situation is a real story about real people who did not agree to be discussed. Write about them the way you'd want a stranger writing about you.

You can save phone numbers for the people in your circles. Those stay on your own phone and never reach us. It's on you to have a good reason to hold someone's number and to be someone they'd expect to hear from.

If content breaks the rules above we can remove it. If an account repeatedly breaks them, or breaks them badly once, we can suspend or terminate it without notice. We'll usually explain why if you ask.

The unlimited subscription is billed monthly through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel it.

Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We can't cancel or refund a Google Play subscription on your behalf — refunds are handled under Google Play's policy.

If we change the price we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel.

The supporter tip is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It buys you a badge and our genuine gratitude — no functional features. Because it's a voluntary tip, it is non-refundable once purchased, except where the law says otherwise.

Sitch is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that anyone will actually vote on your situation. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it — including decisions you make after reading a verdict. Nothing here limits liability we can't legally limit, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and we'll flag anything significant in the app rather than changing this page quietly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law — nothing here takes those away.
