Sitch is a mobile app operated by Revival d.o.o., Dr. Ante Starčevića 15, 47000 Karlovac, Croatia.

This page explains how to delete your Sitch account and the data attached to it, or how to have specific data removed without closing your account. Either request is free, and you don't need to give a reason.

u can also delete ur account directly in the app: you tab → delete my account. It happens immediately, and there is no undo.

If you no longer have the app installed, send us an email instead:

Sending from your sign-up address is how we confirm the account is yours — we can't action a request from an address we don't recognise.

We delete the account and its associated data within 30 days and email you to confirm when it's done.

What gets deleted:

• your account and the email address attached to it
• your username and profile
• every situation you posted, including any photos you attached
• the votes and written-in answers submitted on your situations
• your circles and the member display names in them
• your subscription status record

What we can't delete:

• Payment and transaction records held by Google Play. Those are Google's records, kept under their own policies and retention rules — we don't hold them and can't remove them. Contact Google Play support for those.
• Votes you cast on other people's situations. These are recorded against a device fingerprint rather than your account, so there is no link between them and you — we genuinely cannot tell which votes were yours. Deleting them would also silently change someone else's result.

Phone numbers you saved for circle members were only ever stored on your own phone and never reached our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the app removes them.

If you only want certain things gone — a particular situation, your username, a circle and its members — email us and keep your account.

Describe what you want removed and be as specific as you can — which drops, which circle, whether you want your username cleared. If something can't be removed without breaking the app for someone else, we'll explain rather than quietly skipping it.

Handled within 30 days, with an email confirming what was deleted.
